    Dear Homa,
I bought all the spices for the rice and made a Tahdig rice yesterday for my husbands return from his visit to South Africa. He loved it and the spices add such a beautiful flavor. When I mixed in the rose petals it was so heavely I wanted to bathe in it. Thank you so much for posting a blog and sharing such beautiful recipes with the world. I made Bobotie with malay style spices and the smells were really nice. I am eager to try more recipes now and am really crazy about rice variations so that might be next.

Dear Gisela, that is great to hear! I’m so happy you have rose petals now; you will find other recipes with rice spice, such as kuku (frittata) and some other dishes. Thank you so much for your comment and happy cooking 🙂
